  • These general terms and conditions apply in addition to any specific terms and conditions which may be mentioned in any promotion of or messages about that service on any platform.
  • Where applicable specific terms and conditions for each service can be found in the service providers terms, conditions and privacy policy.
  • The terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to ensure you review the current interaction terms and conditions before interacting with any services.
  • By interacting with any services, you accept and agree to all the terms and conditions relating to that service/s. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions then you should not interact with any services.
  • These services take payment discreetly with a debit or credit card.
  • The payment will be made using a secure 3rd party payment gateway. Check that the payment session is secure, usually indicated by a padlock logo in your browsers nav bar.
  • You will be informed of the price of the call before the service starts. The billing provider/s may store your details to make subsequent payments quicker and easier.
  • Premium rate services are charged to your mobile phone bill.
  • Premium rate short codes for text services usually start 79xxx or 89xxx.
  • In bound messages are charged at your network standard rate.
  • Premium rate replies are charged at the advertised rate.
  • Service control and notification messages are usually free of charge.
  • Free messages should include ‘FREE MSG’ or similar in the body of the message.
  • If you are a pay-as-you-go customer please ensure there is sufficient credit on your phone.
  • STOP – will stop the current service on that shortcode charging.
  • STOP ALL - will stop ALL current services on that shortcode charging.
  • SWAP – the keyword ‘SWAP’ will instruct the operator to select a different profile for you.
  • By interacting with any of the services or this site you confirm that you are over 18 years old.
  • By interacting with any of the premium rate services you confirm that you are the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission.
  • In the event of a payment charge-back or reversal you agree that the user will lose all rights to any and all content associated with that payment.
  • Bad debt may be passed to recovery and credit scoring agencies.
